The Board:

The Kitsap School of Ministry Board consists of life-long educators in both public and private institutions. From its inception, every member has contributed their unique perspectives and experiences in order to make The KSM what it is today.

  • Josh Lott  - Head of Instruction

    Josh is a student of Jesus, history, people, and culture. While being called to vocational ministry, Josh has a great passion for academia and desires to see the people of the church challenged and equipped to face the world around us. Josh holds an MA in Theology and an MA in Church History from Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary and praises Jesus that he can use his education to train others to know and love the Body of Christ.

    Christian Education has been a second calling for Ken Ebersole, following a full career in the U. S. Navy. He holds a B.S. in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, and a M.S. in Meteorology & Oceanography from the Naval Postgraduate School. He has served in Christian Education for 20 years, 15 of those at Crosspoint, a private Christian school in Bremerton. His teaching assignments have been mostly in high school math and science. In recent years, he has served as Crosspoint’s Secondary Principal. He has been married to his wife, Karen, for over 30 years, and they have attended Calvary Chapel Silverdale since 1997.

    Pastor Pete is a native to the Silverdale/Bremerton area and graduated from Central Kitsap High School in 1994. He received his two year degree from Olympic College and his four year degree in Pastoral Ministry from Calvary Chapel Bible College. Pastor Pete wants to see gospel centered churches saturating the community with the love of Jesus.  An opportunity to grow spiritually and in practical ministry, the Kitsap School of Ministry is the ideal program to see men and women fulfill their calling from the Lord to serve in the local church.
